Mop up with Paper Towels

How to Use Baking Soda for Pet Urine
You can use baking soda to clean up fresh pet urine stains, or you can use it to get rid of an old odour problem. If you want to remove an old urine stain, sprinkle baking soda over the affected area and let it sit overnight. In the morning, vacuum up the baking soda and then rinse thoroughly with water.
