• Upright Vacuum Cleaner for dry soil removal
• Spray Unit
• Fusion Care Pad
• Ringer Vessel
• Fusion Care Machine

Consideration needs to be given to required safety equipment

Step 1

Dry Soil Removal

Forbo recommends vacuums that use a motorised rotating brush within the head to pull up dust and dirt from within the fibres.

Vacuum thoroughly in all directions to ensure optimum dry soil removal.

Step 2

Pre Clean – Using Fusion Care Re-Act solutions and spray evenly across carpet tiles.

Allow sufficient contact time for the pre-spray to penetrate the fibres before cleaning with the Fusion Care process.

Step 3

Cleaning Operation – Fusion Care Cleaning

Pad Solutions – Mix Activator and place inside Ringer Vessel

Position the pad onto the carpet and position the Fusion Care machine to commence cleaning

Fusion Care cleans, stain protects, deodorises and heat dries in one cleaning process.

Carpet tiles will be dry 30 minutes after cleaning with the Fusion Care System.
